You can swap the sea bass for salmon, it just may take a little longer to steam.
INGREDIENTS
2 sea bass fillets (or other white fish fillets)
1 green cabbage, shredded
Dash of olive oil
1 small red onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cm fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1 small red chilli, de-seeded and chopped
Juice from 1 lemon
2 tablespoons runny honey
Freshly ground black pepper
Pinch LoSalt
METHOD
1. Place the shredded cabbage in a steamer and pop the sea bass fillets on top of the cabbage.
2. Season with freshly ground black pepper and LoSalt.
3. Put the lid on and steam over a high heat for 8-10 mins until the fish is cooked through.
4. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan over a high heat, add a dash of olive oil, the diced onion, chopped garlic, chopped ginger and chopped red chilli.
5. Cook for 5 mins, until softened.
6. Next add the lemon juice and runny honey.
7. Cook for just 2 mins.
8. Once the fish and cabbage are cooked, serve topped with the sweet and sour sauce.
