400g can cannellini beans in water, drained
4 spring onions, chopped
Handful parsley, chopped
120g tin sardines in tomato sauce, flaked
Freshly ground black pepper
Sprinkle LoSalt
Drizzle olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon

METHOD
