 - 4 spring onions, chopped
 - Handful parsley, chopped
 - 120g tin sardines in tomato sauce, flaked
 - Freshly ground black pepper
 - Sprinkle LoSalt
 - Drizzle olive oil
 - Juice of 1 lemon
